- I'm trying to finish celery and baby carrots (with hummus). Just bought a cucumber, green pepper, corn on the cob. Sometimes I bore myself. But I limit cooking, so this is what I get.
- I'm more fruity than veggie. I'm more sweet than salty, but yeah, I keep a balance.
Yeah, ever since getting pregnant, I've been trying to eat healthier. Have you tried a farmers market? Veggies are way better there and some stands have great suggestions on cooking them.
ReplyDeleteAlso - the internet helps. Lemon, pepper and salt on zucchini and grilled is awesome. Cucumber with a little salt, sour cream, dill and onion is delish and easy. And my fav - cherry tomatoes (or grape tomatoes) with mozzarella and basil and balsamic is a great dish!
